Treasurer’s Report

General Liability insurance waiting for invoice.

Got book order 8080.00 but have 3.00 credit with TVICO

Picnic made 5784.10

Venmo picnic was accomplished, money went to TACs saving account

Motion to approve treasurers report- Michellle, Kimmie 2nd – Motion carried

Old Business:

As a group what is our focus and message:

  1. Our goal as a committee is to leave the incoming crew in 26’ in a better place!
  1. We have guidelines for each position. Can Chairs summarize what they do in their current role for talking points when opportunity to present comes along.
  2. Can old Chairs be available for help later with new Chair’s questions.
  3. Next meeting vote on which committee members will rotate out. September meeting will figure out and staggering the commitment end date.
  4. Possibly bring in Co-Chairs, as a way to train into the position.

  1. Updates from picnic? Need a picnic debrief to discuss how to improve for next year. BACYPA still do not have that update. Picnic financials complete.
  1. Intermountain request large print big books- Not aware we had these there.

TAC will donate to CPCI and CPCPI can donate. CPCPI will get a sense of

what Intermountain needs and let TAC know.

New Business:

  • Area 18 update – Angela for Fall Assembly has a request for a motion.

There will be a motion to combining TAC East and West into one Chair representing Area 18. October assembly will vote on this. How do individual groups feel about this.

Reason for, was that TAC West Chair remains unfilled, funds for less population areas would be better supported. The committee seemed to need further discussion as to support for or against this motion.
