June 21 TAC Meeting

Treasurer’s Report

Deposits from Picnic 7776.15 total receipts. Net income 6665.66 so far not all expenses in.

Picnic was a success!

Not sure about attendance. 

Working out Venmo transfer to bank.

Old business

Stickers Travis having the stickers printed.

Picnic was great, going to have to consider a different location because of so many people attending. It was very successful, with lots of help from numerous groups, individuals. Big thanks to all.

New Business:

Start thinking and talking to people about your TAC position replacement. Elections are held in November, 2 year commitment.

Upcoming events

October 8th is Gratitude dinner.

Fall Assembly October 3rd Burley

How will TAC participate or not, funding? Talk about this next meeting.

Asking for a few TAC members to go support the H and I picnics

July 19th Snake River H and I picnic

August 16th South Central H and I picnic

 Motion to move July and August TAC meeting to the Second Saturday because of overlaps with H and I up-coming picnics. Meetings would move to July 12th and August 9th: Jared

Ada County Jail Volunteer Coordinator is open. Joclyn announced.

BACYPA report from the picnic Drew. Funds from the games goes to BACYPA. What happened to the funds, how did it go, will be reported next month by Drew.

Bridging the Gap Report, Michelle and Kathy are working on possibly organizing a program that will allow women to sponsor or take women in prison through the 12 steps.

 Getting a Corrections Book Coordinator was a suggestion from Robert to Travis.
