TAC MEETING MINUTES 2/21/26
Attendees: Kathy, Michelle, Elizabeth, Travis, Tanner, Chris, Dustin, Thomas, Vince, Kim , Melissa, Scott, Steve, Lori, Joselyn, Karen, Drew, John, Eben, Jim, Dylan, Hannah, Dakota,
Opened the meeting with a moment of silence followed by the Serenity Prayer.

Old business: Sticker status update:
Stickers are complete. Kathy will put in the TAC closet.
Event planner status: Joslyn introduced Melissa who is here and willing to be of service. She has event planning experience.
Vivian nominated Melissa as new event planner.

We are tabling discussion on the groups focus and message. Our 2026 goal as a committee in 2026 is what? Improvements? Teamwork?

New business:
- Workshops in March- Melissa will get up to speed and will bring more info to next meeting.
- Events- March 14th Post PROCA event. St Episcopal church on Cole. Volunteers: Joclyn and Melissa. Also anyone else who wants to be of service.
- TAC Zoom logistics: We need a new account. We need to start fresh so we know our account and passwords so we have no further issues.

- Group outreach and pink can logistics.
Up to the group. Can be TAC rep or the treasurer to get the funds to TAC treasurer.
Flyers available.
Discussion about pink can vs 7th tradition.
Committee report: see attached.
Corrections: need men and women volunteers. 2 years of sobriety. Need a female to
bring literature to the jail.
Treatment center volunteers as well. 6 months sobriety, working with a sponsor and at least on 4th step. National corrections conference SLC Nov 13-15th 2026.
Treatment:
CPCPI: Made flyer listing events.
Workbook studies on Zoom. All are invited, See or reach out to Elizabeth.
Bridging the Gap: Kathy facilitates 1st 3 rides to meetings to get them introduced to AA.
Literature: We need more Grapevines. We will wait till next order to get more.
Accessibility: Michelle put a booklet together.
Webmaster: No report
Intergroup: TAC rep needed to go to intergroup meetings
Karen asked if anyone needs anything from her. She is the West Area TAC. She is here for us. Get with her for her email address and or ph#.
New business: Pink can contribution + 7th tradition, how to purchase books and literature going forward due to price increase of supplies.
Cam made motion to zero out pink can neg balance from other funds.
