August 2026 Business Meeting

Treasurers report Vivian – sent reports out with overview of picnic for the last few years, picnic financials, and last months statement.

Literature Chair position is open-

Corrections Joselynn- Ada Co Jail coordinator Mike N for men. Jail meetings are on hold until at least October, Next Prison training is Aug 12 th 5-9. Always need more volunteers especially men!

Round up needs volunteers to man the table. Fri Aug 14 th 2 – 8 , Sat 9-5, Sun Aug 16 th 9am

H&I Awareness in Shoshone Dist 2 and 10 Saturday Aug 15 th noon to 4pm.
Carissa stepping down from secretary. Romana would like to be the secretary.
