Old Business

1. Plain Language Big Book – Hannah will pick up some for Alumbaugh House

Great feedback from corrections.

1. Status check on reaching out/ DCMs attending TAC meetings. What do we need to do to invite DCMs?
2. Spring assembly Vivian is attending. Table as Spring assembly.
3.  Travis ordered stickers are being ordered for Treatment, or Corrections.
4. Venmo status report- Vivian @TVTAC is name.
5. Focus for Pic-Nic on Unity, raising funds for TAC, Tac table to get people involved. TAC table designate people. Discussion about sharing table with CPCPI with TAC utilizing the Unity focus. Michelle R is heading up TAC table at Pic-Nic
6. Still have vacant spot for men’s co-chair for Bridging the Gap
7. TV TAC insurance. Vivian has proposal. Because TAC does not have formal Lease with TVICO the TAC inventory is covered on TVICO policy.

New Business

• Area 18 does not have Bridging the gap information on their website. Joey will coordinate with Kathy on getting that up.
• Pic Nic sub committee meeting over zoom next Saturday with BACYPA
• Raffle and Auction with the baskets. Discussion about how to verify is the raffle tickets are paid for. Person buying ticket will note raffle or 50/50. No Venmo for 50/50 because we pay out cash that day.
• Will decide at next Saturday’s pre meeting on Pic-Nic, what date the May TAC meeting will be on.
• Pic- Nic Venmo to cash is equal. Pic-Nic is in the black as Vivian reported.
• Service workshop update. A ton of people were there. It was successful.
• CPCPI -Elizabeth is liaison and learning. She will coordinate booths at Pic Nic and maybe Spring Assembly with TAC.
• Full Moon Recovery has reached out will get info to TAC. Saint AL’s new Behavior Health facilitator wants to connect to TAC for possible info and meetings/books. Dee reported.
• Ada County Jail Thursday May 8^th is the next training, 6-9 ACSO 7180 Barrister Dr Training room Door 1/2. IDOC training is Mon. 6/16, Wed. 10/8, Thurs 12/11-location TBD check tvtac.com for updates. Note- registration required- new cap of 50 ppl due to construction so register quickly.
• Male Co-Chair for Corrections needed that goes to men’s meetings- get word about volunteering to AA men.

Chair report:

Bridging the Gap – It takes time to connect with the people that will pick up the person. Need a list of volunteers and where they are willing to drive to pick up people. Travis will reach out to Brick House in Idaho Falls.

Literature- need to order 2^nd quarter.
