D-Workshop feedback and review – plan ahead and get the word out sooner, maybe change
the wording from workshop to something more appealing and more fun, be more selective with
the dates and what else is going on, maybe rotate the location to be more accessible to more
people, Dist 4

from Duck Valley and Lizzie will keep us updated,

D-Picnic updates lots of volunteer opportunities available please contact Melissa E if you are
interested!
E-Drew S going to start taking on Tech role from Drew O and David H
Interact with your group and see if they would like TAC committee members to come to a
business meeting to answer questions/ talk about TAC.
