TAC Business Meeting Minutes

Opened the meeting with a moment of meditative silence followed by the Serenity prayer.

Treasurer’s Report- Pink cans are available for anyone at TVICO. Carissa reimbursement for assembly. Recommended to plan better for future trips and possibly expand the budget for the future expenses because the costs are going up.

As a group what is our focus and message:

Our goal as a committee is to leave the incoming crew in 26’ in a better place!

New Business:

A-Which Chair positions on the committee should extend to next year? Discussion ensued about primary vs subcommittee positions, spirit of rotation, what’s the purpose of staggering the rotation? Co-chair vs alternate. Officer positions are: Chair, secretary, treasurer, corrections, treatment, accessibilities, literature, BTG. Will talk more about creating M/F chairs for treatment and corrections. 

ELECTIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE NOVEMBER MEETING. PLEASE SHOW UP!

Which should rotate out? Updates SOP’s experience for new members

B-Service opportunities, what’s next? Gratitude- Michelle, Speaker Banquet- no, BacyPAA Dance- no.
